I am so confident that you will be ecstatic with my
service when you list your property with me, that I am
willing to make a pledge to you. If for any reason, you
are not satisfied with my performance as your Listing
Agent, no matter how long we have left in our listing
agreement, I will cancel the listing if you instruct me
to do so. When we enter into the listing agreement I will
provide, in writing, a no hassle cancellation clause.
If your plans change or I do not meet up to your expectations,
simply tell me and my sign will come down. I will release
you from any further obligations with respect to our agreement,
other than those clients I have introduced to your property
during the term of the listing. I ask for up to two weeks
to wrap up any pending leads but you will have no obligation
to sell.
